Be inspired with his triumphant story of change and the power of potential.
Chef Jeff grew up on the tough streets of Central Los Angeles and began dealing drugs as a teen. Henderson was “rescued from the streets” when he was arrested and sent to prison. He discovered a passion for cooking and committed himself to turning his life around. With persistence, determination and many strong mentors, he was able to achieve his dreams, becoming the executive chef of Café Bellagio in Las Vegas.
Jeff shared his recipe for overcoming the barriers of true success and the power of potential. Committed to mentoring youth, he also worked with the culinary students at Windover High School to prepared a tasting menu and desserts.
